Straight answers.

Do I need to own a special vehicle?
No. A reliable car, SUV, or pickup works for 90% of our routes. Coolers and insulated bags for specimens are provided.
Am I an employee or a contractor?
1099 independent contractor. You manage your own taxes and schedule. We provide consistent route opportunities and the tech to run them.
When do I get paid?
Weekly, cash, for completed deliveries. Most drivers get paid every Friday for the previous week’s runs.
Do I have to be available 24/7?
No. Pick your shifts. We run morning (5–10 AM), midday (10 AM–2 PM), afternoon (2–6 PM), evening (6–10 PM), and overnight (10 PM–6 AM). Most drivers pick 1–2 shifts.
What about gas and vehicle costs?
As a 1099 contractor, you cover your own fuel, insurance, and maintenance. With 70% commission on medical routes (which pay $30–$120+ per run), most drivers net well above industry average after costs.
How fast is onboarding?
Application reviewed within 24 hours. Background check via OpenForce takes 24–48 hours. Ride-along with a senior driver same week. You’re typically earning within 5–7 days of applying.
What does a typical week look like?
It depends on the shifts you pick. A morning-only driver might do 2–3 specimen runs per day for ~$300/week. A full-time driver doing morning + afternoon shifts can earn $800–$1,200/week. Some standby retainers add a flat $100+/week on top.
